We are hosting a podcast called"The Unsigned Underground".. Our goal with the podcast (other than having fun) is to reach a larger audience of listeners for myself and others who have made music available for download on the internet. For some pursuing a career, it's free promotion. For those of us who are not, it's more listeners to hear our songs regardless. I will be promoting the podcast on over 20 podcast enthusiast web sites as well as my own website where I will have additional notes on the featured artists (if they chose). The podcast itself will be hosted through my account on www.acidplanet.com which will provide more visibility as well, plus provide a reliable host with little-to-no downtime.

So, all that said - if you want to grant permission to include one or some of your songs on the podcast, I just need to confirm these things:

1) That I may include the song in the podcast.

2) That you are the rights holder of the song (copyright or creative commons license holder).

3) That you are in fact "unsigned" (not under obligation to a label or publisher).

4) Whatever web address or information you would like included in my website's artist info pertaining to you.

If you have the music already posted somewhere on the internet, it's fine with me to just give me the URL along with the other information above. Email to: kiddk8@foxxkitsune.net
